The content is contrived from images gathered on walks around the city of Raleigh. So, the collagraph is a collage of images as well as of textures, shapes, highs and lows. The collage was made from two prints from the same plate, one printed in sienna and the other in cobalt blue on arches cover. Its sort of fun to see how things tear.
