I have strong feelings for plants. They are so out there, doing what needs to be done. They have different traits and gestures that seem to imply certain behaviors and attitudes. The Orchid series, although stemmed (pun intended) from one single mono-type image, discloses my fondness for the open honesty of plant gesture...they droop, they stand alert, they show off. Hence one can always tell if they are thirsty, if there is too much or too little sun, or if they are just being blatantly sexual.
